Barny leads from the front he is a very passionate Coach and Athlete and neither takes priority. He’s a student of his own body and a teacher of yours, on a journey of self mastery.
With an Army background (as a Bomb Disposal, Diver) and further study’s in Running, Boxing, Weight training, Yoga, Triathlon, Kayaking, Strength and Conditioning, Calisthenics, Obstacle racing, working with Wim Hoff method, the Ido Portal method and other movement coaches, he’s on a quest to become a continuously improving human being in the belief that beIng HUMAN (Happiness, Understanding, Movement, Air and Nutrition) is the key factor in learning and coaching.
As a coach he focuses on seeing everyone progress and get stronger whether their a Beginner or Athlete as long as they get better in their own right. His biggest love for O.P.T comes from the constant challenge of needing to adapt to the environment and needs of the individual
Clinton Served in the Army for a number of years and he is still actively serving as a Combat Medic. Clinton has been teaching Outdoor Fitness since 2009
The diversity of people we meet at every venue continues to make working for O.P.T a joy. Some are Doctors some are builders, regardless of there background they have one thing in common. They love coming and being a team and a family at O.P.T we really do have the best family here at O.P.T!
Clinton loves to train our Yellow Demons to see their progression, either by moving up through the colours or having their lifestyle changed forever. But loves training everyone too. Watching everyone excel in their bib colours is just awesome.
Aside from training Clinton enjoys playing American Football. He also loves skiing and being up on those glorious mountains that make you feel you can take on the world. But most of all spending time with his daughter who is just as mad as he is for O.P.T!
I believe I bring a varied but consistently challenging edge to sessions, with a hint of cheekiness, a dash of naughtiness and a big old helping of encouragement.
My biggest achievement is qualifying for the UK & World OCR Championships and my goal is to take part in the World OCR Championships.
My favourite hero has got to be Iron Man. He has a great sense of style, a really good business head and a super cool suit! Plus he works hard but still had a sense of fun about him.
My favourite exercise has to be the Spartan Burpee, especially when done in sets of 10! It's a great all over body exercise.
Eat, sleep, train, repeat! I live for O.P.T, fitness and training, it is by far my biggest hobby and interest.
Enjoyment, enthusiasm and constant desire to learn more.
In terms of OCR races have qualified for the World and UK Championship in 2015 and Spartan World Championships (coin holder). I aim to keep trying new events and activities.

Uniqueness...my SMALLNESS! Rocking up in Size 3 Army boots, chubby cheeks and a giggly smile...must look quite amusing to most folk. On a serious note... I feel I bring lots of enthusiasm, passion and focus and a sense of empathy.
18 months of 100% focus and studying for my fitness qualifications and enjoying my journey... who knows what will be next. Physically, I feel my weakness is running so completing my 1/2 marathon was a BIG DEAL for me, next goal for me is a full marathon.
Black widow - No problem hanging with the guys. I'm good at what I do. Also? No superpowers, no problem. A little hard work can still get me where I need to be.

I competed for 10 years in Irish dancing and won hundreds of medals and trophies. Have a serious addiction to buying bags and love nothing more then mowing the lawn (up to 4 times a week in good weather)... roll on the summer
